Solution No.1: Low power mode should be disabled
Many people forget that once they enable the Low power mode, some features will be turned off, including live wallpapers. The best way to start solving the issue is by making sure the Low Power mode is disabled. Navigate to Settings, tap on Battery and if the Low power mode is activated, just turn it off.
Solution No.2: Restart your iPhone 6s Plus
Perhaps you noticed that whenever you run into a bug one of the first suggestions is to restart your device. Sometimes, your smartphone needs a refreshment especially if you didn’t turn it off for some period of time. Press and hold the sleep/wake button and then move the slider to turn your phone off completely. When your iPhone 6s Plus is off, press and hold the sleep/wake button hold it until you see the Apple logo.
Solution No.3: Set another wallpaper
Many people reported the problem was solved once they changed the wallpaper (just for a short period of time), and then they put back the one that was previously set. You have two options here: to set another live wallpaper or to set another regular wallpaper. Go to Settings, tap Wallpaper, and then tap Choose a new wallpaper. If you want to set a regular wallpaper, tap on Stills, and if you want to set another live wallpaper set on Live. Use the other wallpaper for a while, then go back to Settings > Wallpapers > Choose a new wallpaper and set the one you wanted in the first place.
