Apple launched the app last month, but it was available in Netherlands only. As of today, the app is available in the U.S. app store as well, TechCrunch reports.

The app allows you to easily access customer support. You can chat with the Apple support staff or schedule a callback when it suits you. In addition, you can call or email with the staff, or sign up for a repair at the Apple Store. Apple’s Support app is personalized and it knows which Apple product you are using. The app will see all the devices you registered to iCloud, so it is really simple to find product’s documentation, or sign up for a repair when needed.

The app is designed to be your personalized guide when using Apple products. Apple’s Support app comes with many articles that will help you find the answers you are looking for with ease.
